Requirements
- 1Player Level 85 minimum.
- 2Five Empire characters at 7★. Community-meta is Emperor Palpatine (leader) + Darth Vader + Grand Admiral Thrawn + Royal Guard + TIE Fighter Pilot. Vader's Merciless Massacre zeta is the cleanest finisher for Tier 7.
- 3Star requirement ramps tier by tier: Tier I needs 1★+, Tier VII needs the full Empire squad at 7★ with G10+ gear.
Tier breakdown
R2-D2 + low-gear Rebels (Old Ben, Luke Farmboy, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca). Intro tier — any Empire squad clears.
Same Rebel lineup at higher gear. Palp AoE clears in a turn.
Old Ben starts taunting + retribution. Royal Guard taunt rotates in.
Princess Leia call-to-action speeds up Han Solo crit chain. Tenacity on Palp helps.
Han Solo starts bursting. Vader's Culling Blade clean-up role becomes important.
Tier 6 ramp: enemies all gear-12, Old Ben deflect rotations are constant. Thrawn Fracture is the answer — fracture Old Ben to lock retribution.
Final wall: R2-D2 + Old Ben (retribution) + Luke Farmboy (assist) + Princess Leia (revive) + Han Solo (burst) + Chewbacca (tank). Palp leader, open Thrawn Fracture on Old Ben, Vader Culling Blade + Merciless Massacre cascade through Chewbacca → Han Solo → Princess Leia → Luke → Old Ben → R2-D2. Royal Guard taunt covers Palp's squishy turn-2 window.
Strategy tips
- →Farm Emperor Palpatine FIRST — he's the leader, gated to Cantina Battles + GW Store + Squad Arena Store, and he's the slowest farm of the five.
- →Vader's Merciless Massacre zeta is mandatory for clean Tier 7 runs — prioritize that zeta after his omegas.
- →Grand Admiral Thrawn comes from his own Legendary Event (Artist of War) — clear that first if you don't have him yet.
- →Royal Guard is cheap (Bronzium pulls + shipments) — he's your only Empire tank, gear him to G10+ before Tier 7.
- →TIE Fighter Pilot is the cheapest 5th slot — Tarkin, Iden Versio, or Death Trooper also work. Pick whatever is closest to 7★.
- →Speed mods on Palp, Vader and Thrawn are the difference between a smooth Tier 7 and a 6-minute slog.
