SWGOH Cantina is an independent social network for the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes community. We operate from swgoh-cantina.com and you can reach us at elfenokierefiesta@gmail.com.

We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Electronic Arts, Capital Games, Lucasfilm Ltd., or The Walt Disney Company.

We collect the following data when you use the platform:

• Account data: email, username, display name and hashed password when you register directly; name, email and avatar when you use Google Sign-In.
• Game data: your SWGOH Ally Code and the public profile information returned by the game (units, gear, mods, guild, GP).
• Content you post: posts, comments, direct messages, reports, images you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, preferred language, session cookies.

• Create and maintain your account and public profile.
• Display your game data on your profile and community tools.
• Enable social interactions: feed, comments, messages, guilds.
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset, notifications).
• Detect abuse, spam and Terms violations.
• Improve the service through aggregate, anonymous analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us operate the service:

• Supabase (authentication and database).
• Amazon Web Services (image storage on S3).
• Resend (transactional email delivery).
• Google (when you sign in via Google OAuth).
• SWGOH Comlink and public game services (Ally Code lookups).

We may also share information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme (Jedi/Sith). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, LFPDPPP), you have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your information in a portable format.
• Object to or limit certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase your personal information within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it longer (accounting records, abuse evidence, etc.).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: hashed passwords, HTTPS connections, principle of least privilege in databases. No system is 100% impenetrable; we recommend a unique, strong password.

SWGOH Cantina is not directed to children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has registered without verifiable parental consent, we delete the account.

We may update this policy. We will notify material changes by email or via a visible notice on the platform at least 7 days in advance.
