Terms of Service

By accessing or using SWGOH Cantina (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SWGOH Cantina is an independent community platform for players of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. It offers profiles, a post feed, messaging, guild management, and analytics tools based on public game data.

The Service may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time. We will give reasonable notice when changes are material.

• You must be at least 13 to register. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you need parental consent.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk other users.
• Post illegal, defamatory, obscene, violent content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person, guild, or entity.
• Mass scrape, automate account creation, or overload the API.
• Distribute malware, spam, pyramid schemes, phishing links, or unauthorized advertising.
• Attempt to evade security measures or circumvent bans.
• Use the Service for illegal activities or activities that violate Electronic Arts terms.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice when the violation is severe.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on SWGOH Cantina, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating it.

You are responsible for the content you upload. We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

When you link your Ally Code, we fetch public profile information from services like SWGOH Comlink. We do not access your EA account or store any game credentials. This information is shown on your profile and may be visible to other users.

All character names, ships, game graphics, trademarks and copyrights related to Star Wars and Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes belong to their respective owners (Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, Electronic Arts, Capital Games). SWGOH Cantina is an independent fan project and uses them under fair-use principles (fan content, commentary and analysis).

The SWGOH Cantina logo, design and original code are ours and are protected by copyright.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The accuracy of game data depends on external sources and may lag.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWGOH Cantina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability, etc.) will remain in effect after termination.

We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify by email or visible notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico, except where mandatory consumer rights under your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
