His signature amethyst blade stood out on the battlefield, rallying his troops and tripping the fear-circuits in the droid armies he fought so hard against. In the waning days of the Clone Wars, Windu would find himself back on Coruscant and heading up an arrest squad to take in the Chancellor of the Republic. A Chancellor who was recently revealed to be the Sith Mastermind behind both sides of the Clone Wars.
